How often can I change where my calls are routed?  back to top^

As often as you'd like! Unlike traditional toll-free services, we provide a convenient Web-based interface that lets you make changes whenever you need to.

When do changes to my settings take effect?  back to top^

All changes to your subscriber settings take effect immediately. For example, if you change the number to which your calls are forwarded, the very next call will be routed to the new number.

Can I choose my own phone number?  back to top^

Due to the limited supply of phone numbers, we are unable to offer subscriber selection of numbers.

Can I get an 800 number?  back to top^

Due to the limited supply of 800 numbers, it is unlikely that you will receive an 800 number. You will most likely receive an 888, 877 or 866 number.

How are calls charged? Am I charged for unanswered calls?  back to top^

Calls are charged in one-minute increments from the time the call is connected. You will not be charged for unanswered calls. Charges will apply for calls that are picked up by answering machines or voicemail.

Are there any additional charges?  back to top^

There is a surcharge of XX cents for each call initiated from a payphone. If you choose to accept calls from outside the 48 contiguous United States, you will be charged additional per minute surcharges for those calls. Please see the pricing page for full details.

When will I be billed?  back to top^

Your credit card will be charged upon registration for the monthly service fee. Each month, your card will be billed for usage during the previous month as well as the subsequent month's service fee. If your usage during the month exceeds $X, we may charge your credit card before your monthly anniversary date.
